We've had a fantastic day today learning about keeping healthy through eating a balanced diet.  As part of this two teams undertook a timed challenge to create and cook a nutritious and tasty meal.

The two meals were:

Twice Cooked Parmesan Chicken

Tandoori Spiced Salmon

Year R, 1 and spent the afternoon making smoothies and learning about healthy eating an the importance of exercise.
